How to Lose Hip Fat
Everyone wants to know how to lose those love handles and we
are here to help
you lose hip fat and keep it off, slimming
down your waist for good. Unfortunately each and every person accumulates
excess fat in different ways and throughout different areas of the body and
women is most common to experience love handles like this, although men do as
well. As you probably already know there is no magical way to lose weight only
on your hips, so we have created an overall workout regime that will melt away
your hip fat as well as the excess fat throughout the rest of your body.
You want to maintain a routine of at least 30-45minutes of
cardio activity four times a week. This can be used as the warm up to your
strength training exercises or done completely separately, your choice. With
that said, your strength training regime is designed to help you develop
lean muscle out of the excess fat from your body. Crunches are the way to
eliminate hip fat and there are several different methods to choose from.

The basic crunch should be your beginning where you complete 10-20 repetitions
and focus on the ceiling to prevent any strain on your neck or back. From here
you may want to utilize the twist crunch. This is the same as the basic crunch
except when you are going up, twist towards your left leg, and then lower.
Repeat the right side and you are working abs the muscle groups that surround
your hips and burning fat in the most effective way.
It is important to note not to push yourself too hard with abdominal exercises
like this because this is not the sole answer for losing
hip fat. A combination of cardio and strength training is required for
best results, of course combined with a health diet. Without a healthy diet
you are wasting your time because it is false if you believe you can eat
whatever you want to eat and still lose
weight.
Hip fat can be tough to lose but stay patient and work those muscles with the
unique crunches stated above. Feel free to increase your cardio as your body
progresses and even use a medicine ball or weights to increase the intensity
of your crunches as well. Start losing that hip fat today and get that new
healthy lifestyle. – How To Lose Hip Fat article is contributed by
